1. How can I become a Taxiya Driver? What are the Documents requirements?

Registration we need,

  • National ID/Passport
  • Fitness Certificate
  • Tax Token
  • License (PROFESSIONAL/ NON-PROFESSIONAL)

2. How can I update/upload my documents to Taxiya?

Take Clear photo or scan it and send it to us in the following ways:

Please be sure to mention your contact number that is registered with Taxiya.

3. How do I pay my due balance or topup amount to Taxiya ?

To pay your due amount via Branches, Authorized Distributors & BKash follow the given steps:

  • Press ...........from your call log
  • Press ...... for payment
  • Type Merchant Bkash account: .............
  • Then enter amount:

· Then enter reference (Taxiya ID): .............

  • Then type your PIN code and send.

4. How do I report an issue/complain?

If you face any inconvenience while using the Taxiya App, please report through the app and we will look into the matter.

5. Why is my account suspended?

To know the reason behind your suspension, mostly you have due balance or please call our help desk for more details.

6. My app is not loading. What should I do?

Please be sure to update your app to 5.1 version. After that, follow the steps mentioned below:

Setting > Apps or Application Manager/Installed app > Google Play Service > Clear cache and Clear data and update your Google Play Service as well.

Setting >> Apps or Application Manager/Installed app >> Google Play Store > Clear cache and Clear data

Once all the steps have been completed, restart your phone.

7. Do you have a reward program?

Yes, we do.

8. Does it cost anything to use the Taxiya app?

No, you can download and use the app for free. There are no additional costs.

9. Can I cancel my request?

Yes, but you should inform your Passenger anyway.
